Help desk officer

What can you do with us?

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and consultants with questions about our product.
Based on your product knowledge, you resolve incoming inquiries on the spot whenever possible.
You determine priorities with the product manager and development team.
You inform customers and consultants of the status of their inquiries.
You take care of remote product installations.
If you know a bit about IT infrastructure, you may eventually look after this as well.

What do you bring in your backpack?

A commercial or technical education, preferably IT or construction related.
A customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
An analytical mind.
Enthusiasm and lots of gusto.
Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
